This layer includes the minimum recommended area where lighting should be designed to meet the criteria for Wildlife-Sensitive Conventional Lighting, as specified in the FDOT Design Manual Section 231.2.1 and the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction Section 992-2.4.2.
